BALID AGM and Election of Executive Council for 2016-2017
Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Election/Formation of the Executive Council of BALID for 2016-2017 will be held on 01 May 2016 at 10 am. BALID members are kindly requested to participate in the AGM 2016 and your active cooperation is sought to constitute the Executive Council of BALID for 2016-2017.
Venue: Conference Room, Ahsania Mission, House-19, Road-12 (new), (near Bangabondhu Museum, Road-32), Dhanmondi, Dhaka-1209.
Agenda:
i) Presentation of Annual Report by Secretary General/BALID. Discussion and Approval
ii) Presentation of Financial & Audit Report of 2014-2015 & Announcement of Budget of 2016-2017 by Finance Secretary. Discussion and Approval
iii) Constitution Revision and Amendment
iv) Miscellaneous
Registration:
BALID members joining the AGM need to be registered prior to attending the AGM. Registration may be done filling the form provided in BALID website (https://www.balid.org) or sending the filled up form at balidbd[at]gmail.com.
Registration will be closed on 29 April 2016.

An amount Tk. 210 (two hundred and ten) is fixed as registration fee.
